News Severe Co-Codamol Shortage in the UK

I made it last two sessions tbf, but it was wank tbf, even though I ran it clear I only got a mild buzz and still panicked about the binders even though I only CWE no more than 3 grams of ibru and do it once in a blue moon but I’m a spinner.
 
As someone already posted I just really can't be arsed with the whole process ,I suppose if you have it perfected then it's worth it .

I’ve come to conclusion that I’ll only do the proper stuff if available, it is a faff tbf but it can absolutely be worth it if you make the effort and you keep your tolerance low.

I get proper decent effect from 180-240mg which isn’t too much hassle with CWE but I’ll do it to often for my liking and jack up my tolerance. I’m already quite lucky considering I’ve done a few 2-3 gram month long chips quarterly and it only gets worse the more you push it.

I don't bother with CWE these days. I just neck the tablets. I try to stay within the recommended daily dose, but do exceed it sometimes. There is a synergistic effect with paracetamol and codeine which is lacking with just codeine.

This is true when I’ve used them as directed they work better than either alone, and I’m lucky to get medical effects either as a periodic abuser.

Paramol is the best imo for genuine illness but I’ll be bullied as I’ve been suckered to paying top prices

Yeh I had a shit load of 30mg codeine tablets a good few months ago and pretty much wasted them buy eating to much every night .

I made 3grams last 3 or so weeks I didn’t dose more than once two days in a row but was dosing every 48 hours.

I can stop when they run out but I am fucker for playing about with what I can away with, with not getting sick.

Never got nothing other than worse mood but I take shit loads of agamatine and mag Threonate which I speculate made me get away with less misery than I should of.
