I have a question and after reading the rules to the site I'm not sure if this is allowed, but I have to try because it's driving me insane. I am far from an experienced drug user and most drugs that I've done, I've only tried a few times. I had only smoked pot prior to this instance, but my cousin hooked me up with her friend when I was much younger than them and very inexperienced and naive and I dumbly trusted him and snorted a line of something without knowing what it was ... go ahead and yell at me now.:( I know it was stupid. Anyway, within a few seconds of snorting it, I felt this immense burn up through my nostril like a line of fire up my nose, through my sinuses, and made my whole side of my face, eye, ear, and throat sting and burn in the most intense pain I've ever experienced. I lost my hearing for a minute or two, and my vision for about 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes and some Xanax for my anxiety, the pain and effects subsided and it ended up being a trippy-like high. Paintings came to life and I felt weightless. I looked at the clock and realized 15 hours had passed and it felt like only 30 minutes. I know no one can tell me what exactly I snorted, but as it's been years and I still don't know, I'll take the best guesses I can get. I've googled PLENTLY about snorting and pain, snorting and burning, snorting and my side effects and I get a million different responses. From talking to people who have used drugs before, I've gotten guesses like acid, heroin, etc., but most commonly is that it was Special K (ketamine) or bath salts. :? Any guesses?! Also this was a light colored powder, but since I was in a dimly lit room at the time, I cannot say for sure if it was white or another light color.

Forgive my lack of knowledge here, but what drugs fall into the 2-c family category? Thank you for responding!

Thank you for the input. This occurred in March of 2010. I'm not sure if the 2-c family drugs are newer or not, so would you still think it's one of those if this happened a few years ago?
