Here's a post from the Baltimore harm reduction coalition, but apparently there's a bad batch going around and an as yet unknown amount of deaths and overdoses have occured in the Penn North neighborhood.
Don't cop or get testers there
BAD BATCH- Penn North
multiple OD's happening roads closed off & EMTs, Fire Department, outreach teams from the city, CBOs are in the area as well as police.
there isnt an official number of non-fatal and fatal overdoses at this time
avoid testers from the area, things youve bought recently and if using substances:
GO SLOW
test your substances
acquire from your regular source
dont use alone and have narcan easily accessible if you are using alone
do so in a place with people and have narcan on you
plz alert friends, community members and people in work PWUD in Baltimore City/share far and wide
