Well having some cider last night has left me feeling pretty nausous today, bloated a bit, and some nasty diarehea, (TMI i know :))

All i can think of to help is ginger, or maybe go buy some imodium.

I want to trip a bit later (6 hours or so) but if my stomach still feels like shit i wont bother.

Thanks to any advice.

Getting some immodium is a great plan for the diarrhea and any cramping. anti-histamines like benedryl and hydroxine are mild anti-emetics very often even though they don't have it listed as an indication. simethicone (gas-x) helps consolidate all the little gas bubbles so that you can move them on out. Chamomile tea is an all around digestive soother. Regular tea is often soothing but the caffeine might increase peristalsis and worsen cramping or diarrhea. Ginger is great for nausea, maybe a bit more?

Hope you feel better in the time frame you desire.

The two best remedies that I can think of are bitters-- the drink you can find at the bar-- and ginger. So, either go to the liquor store, or the grocery :)
