Setting a profile picture

Hi,
I just made my account about three days ago, and I cant figure out how to set a profile picture. I figured out how to set an avatar, but I cant find anywhere in my settings on how to set a profile picture. There's an option for picture under profile settings, but when I put a link in there for a picture my profile picture doesn't change, so I don't really know what that is for. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to Bluelight. I also had the problem originally. Download Imgur if you can and move pics from that site after uploading them there. It's real simple once you do it. Of course there are other ways.
