There is a pop up error when posting new threads, sending PMs and maybe replies (although I haven't checked those yet)

This caused me to send 5 or 6 exact copies of a PM to someone earlier today. The thread/PM does go through but the way the error occurs it makes it seem like it didn't. Of course when I posted this thread it didn't happen. So I wasn't able to take a screenshot. The next time it happens I'll make sure to grab one.

Yeah it's happening with replies as well. So it seems to be a global issue. Here is a screenshot:
Edit: Ironically, I just got it again when posting this reply. I haven't seen it happen during editing yet. I'll snoop around some more in a bit.

Might not be helpful but the posts/PM always seems to go through. But it does not wipe the client side memory of the message. So if you return to the thread your last post is still contained within the quick reply box and you must manually remove it. This happened to me both in a thread I just posted in where I got the error and when I sent a PM a few minutes ago. The saved PM was a message I sent to another user. So if you get this error be careful that you don't send a PM you've already sent out to another person.

I wonder if this is related to some recent change in the template code. Since the server doesn't seem to be the issue. But I'm unfamiliar with this particular error because I haven't ever used these later versions of Xenforo. So I'm taking a shot in the dark but it might be a slight error in the javascript code putting up the error by mistake.

It doesn't happen every time I post but it is happening about 7 times out of 10.

Edit: I tried about 5 times and wasn't able to reproduce the error when editing a post. So I'm pretty sure it's something in the templates that got wonky with a recent change.

Looks like it is happening when people create new threads as well:

The error message is confusing because it gives the impression the post/thread/PM wasn't sent at all then drops you back to the same page to retry. So it's only natural people will hit the button multiple times instead of refreshing to check. Probably going to see a lot of duplicate threads and posts today until it's fixed. I can't wait until the person I PMed this morning shows up and sees he's got 5 new PMs only to discover it's the same one repeated 4 other times. :)

we want promises it will never happen again!
Im taking my business elsewhere.
