Opioids serotonin syndrome from hydrocodone usage?

Ok let me give you all a run down of what has led to this post.
Yesterday, I took about 25 mg of hydrocodone throughout an 8 hour day.
12:15-10/500
2:30-5/500
5:00-5/250
7:45-5/250
After my last dosage I began to feel extremley drunk and felt like I was having an anxiety attack. I felt like I was going to pass out, and like my heart rate and breathing rate had slowed. Things were spinning, and blurry, and I even saw wavy lines in the lights in front of me. After I got home and ate, I felt a little bitter, I felt all happy and hyper, and fell into a nice opiate induced sleep about 30 minutes later.

I go to work today, and I take one little 7.5, and about 30 minutes lates I feel wierd. I feel like my eyes are dilated, my heart is racing and I feel a liitttllleee bit light headed, I just wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. It passed about an hour later and I was fine. I took a half of a 7.5 a few hours later and didnt feel as bad, but it didnt feel normal. I felt a bit spacey, my muscles stung a tiny bit, and my stomach was hurting Could this be serotonin syndrome??

I am 5'8 185 lbs,and did not take any other other drugs. In the an hour before pill consumption I ate a huge ass egg and bacon taco, and drank a Rockstar energy drink. Please let me know whats going on I just purchased 15 7.5/500 pills cheap and i wanna have fun with thim
 
it sounds to me like it may in fact be an anxiety issue as you allude to in your post, so that is my educated guess based on my knowledge and the information you provided. i'm sure someone else can provide you with a more conclusive answer, although if you suspect a serious medical condition, then certainly a doctor would be better-equipped to diagnose and treat in person than members of this forum. hope it's nothing serious :)
 
Hydrocodone doesn't work on serotonin and even in combination with serotonergic drugs won't cause serotonin syndrome. Anxiety explaining everything is quite plausible.
 
As the others have said, it's likely just anxiety. Anxiety can be triggered by respiratory depression which is caused by opioids, so that is likely what caused your symptoms.
