If he is using an antagonist at receptor sites that DOC has an affinity for, will this potentiate the DOC (ie cause more to bind at the 'good' sites)?

That's a question I've been thinking about for other drugs lately (I'm not into psychadelics). For example, could you use strattera to potentiate cocaine? Is there anyone here with enough of a kinetics background to answer this?

to my knownledge DOC (like other DOX's) is a specific partial agonist for 5-HT 2A/C receptors.
