High, I was just given 4 pills with the
word SEROQUEL printed on yellow pills
and 100 underneath. I was told these will fuck me up real good, but are they any fun?
Are there any dangers taking them with vikodin or percs? Any help would help.

Yeah they might fuck you up real nice, but not in a good way. No recreational value unless you enjoy messing with your brain chemistry in ways that it shouldnt be fucked with. A family member takes these, they are antipsychotic pills.

Thanks, I'll heed your advice and not take them, although the link you gave me led to massive confusion, anyway to break that shite down, no worries though, thanks again.
 
I have these seroquel pills too. They are in a class that seems close to benzo's (dibenzo) so i was figuring that they are a xanax type drug. Ive looked at rxlist and found that they have a half life of 6 hours, so it is a shorter acting drug than klonopin but righ taround xanax. what is the required dosage to feel effects from this pill?

Seroquel does not act like e, nor does it act like benzo's. It is a serotonin-dopamine antagonist, meaning it decreases the effects of those neurotransmitters at certain receptors. Get Up Kid said it best. It might make you feel a little drowsy, that's all. You might as well take an anti-histamine. Unless of course you have a psychotic illness - then it will reduce hallucinations and delusions.

thanks for the info, i took 50 mg last nite and it put me to sleep. felt a bit groggy in the morning though. ill keep em for those trips gone bad though, im sure these will help.
 
I have found seroquel works *wonders* for putting me to sleep -- better than anything else I've found. Also, when I forced myself to stay awake on a reasonable dose of it (~100mg) I did indeed have a very odd experience. The world was slightly slowed-down, actions were harder, and everything seemed subtly different. Worth trying once IMO, but not 'fun.'
 
For the average person, doses start at 25mgs and up to 50mgs to relieve anxiety, although it does NOT work in the same way as benzos and is not anything recreational. 50mgs-200mgs will put someone sound to sleep. I usually need 50mgs normal and 75-100mgs when I'm manic to be put to sleep.
Notice sleep. Like Zorn mentioned, these are wonderful for sleep. So wonderful I've been prescribed Seroquel as sleeping medication.
If you suffer from schizophrenia, these should also help keep you calm and keep you from being delusional. Doses for schizos start at about 400mgs, I believe.
Again, nothing worth wasting your time on if you're looking for chemically-induced fun.

This thread has been closed do to it's violation of a forum policy - DOES IT HAVE REC VALUE? ... this includes street drugs as well pharmacuticals or anything else...
What this policy entails is asking if a certin drug is of recreational value, usually it's some pharmacutical you foud, sometimes it can be an un-known illicit drug (i.e. "a glassine packet with a picture of a woman judge and the words '25 to Life' stamped on it; full of a tan powder") ... simply, while these threads do not ENCOURAGE you to raid mom and dads medicine cabinet, they further aide you in the process - if you don't know what it is that you're stealing, perhaps you shouldn't steal it?
But of course we all know I am the crack calling the negro black! So I will provide you with a link before I close this: Synthetic Recreation .. that website contains a VERY LARGE LIST of pharmacuticals and tells what recreational value they may have, if it ain't listed there, it's probably NO FUN... as for illict drugs - well, we would be taking a guess as to what they are in the first place, and advice could be fatal, so you're just shit outta luck on that baggie of powder you friend sold you as "Mist" ..
