I have heard a number of stimulant/meth addicts say that seroquel contributed to their addiction.

Because you can use it to shut down / sleep a lot of people tweak for 2-3 days awake then force a comedown recovery for 2 days using seroquel. Because seroquel is so short acting you only need about 24 hours from your last dose until you can get high from meth again.

Because you are getting sleep every 48-72 hours your dopamine depletion slows down and tolerance does not develop as fast.

People can go for years following this pattern with meth and remain way more functional than they would otherwise.

Of course, the underlying damage from both the seroquel and the meth goes on.
