Serious question for coke and crack users, Im loosing bits and pieces of my teeth!

I snorted, smoked and shot coke for 13 yrs, I haven't touched it since 2008, which is truly a miracle. Now suddenly Im getting what would be a very minor case of meth mouth, if you want to call it that. The enamel on my teeth is slowly fading away, and I take good care of my teeth. Sysendodyne tooth paste, act restoring mouth wash. Yesterday I bit into a hard pretzel my tooth broke, and I Have these tiny holes in the bottom row of my teeth. I have no idea what is going on, has anyone else experienced this before?

Can the coke be destroying my mouth, 3 yrs after I stopped using it? Im really at a loss for words, and am beyond embarrassed in public with this situation

I have an appt next week which I should have mentioned, but I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else before, the bitch is I dont know if my dental coverage will cover cosmetic procedures, and Im in my mid 30's, wayyyyy too young for dentures....god this blows

Thats just what my dad paid when he got his teeth knocked out. That was before i was even born so it could cost more now. Your not alone when it comes to people who have taken care of there teeth and still god fucked for some reason. Sorry man.

It could be something totally unrelated to your coke use - maybe it is diet or something else totally unrelated.
