This warning is for heavy users.
I posted this in another thread, but I think it's so important that it needs a thread of its own.
I seriously recommend to anyone taking MXE on a regular basis (as in several times a day, throughout the day, every day, relatively constantly) that they ensure they give themselves at least a couple of days break in order to catch up on sleep.
I can only speak for myself and others who have shared this experience, but taking a break has been so important for me because MXE has made me lose lots of sleep from a very active (over active maybe?) brain.
If you lose sleep, you will gain a sleep debt. You will ALWAYS have to pay these lost ours back.
If you don't let yourself catch up on sleep, there is a SERIOUS risk of psychosis. So please please please, take a break every so often to let your batteries recharge. I've been through a psychosis before and IT IS NOT PRETTY (i.e. I very nearly killed myself by thinking I was invincible).

4 months of daily use and I lost significant motor control in a hand and foot, random muscle contraction stuck into states of flexion (ie tard hand and foot), muscle twitching and tremors, numbness and nerve dysfunction, etc. I've started cutting back to weekends only and taking supplements ... after 2 weeks the symptoms appear to be subsiding about 50%. I still have loss of grip with my dominant hand.
