Septum Perforation from Cocaine?!

Probably gonna put snorting drugs on the shelf from now on. I'm paranoid as fuck. I'm sitting down with a bad nosebleed right now. Saturday I did coke for like the first time in months. Haven't been snorting anything else since then. I had half a gram. Snorted a bunch of lines of that shit. The next day I woke up with bad nasal congestion. Today the nasal congestion was even worse. My fucking nose is congested as fuck!!!! And there's blood sometimes in my mucus when I blow it. I've been reading about cocaine induced septum perforations and now I'm scared as fuck. There's not really a particular spot in my nose where I can pinpoint a pain spot that would indicate a hole however. I would like someone's opinion on whats going on with me and to share their experiences. Fuck cocaine man lol.

On a side note, since this nosebleed that occurred like 20 mins ago, there's a strange taste in the blood (sorry for the candid grossness)....which might be decaying flesh I read about!!! Fuck dude. Also, the cocaine looked very crystally, almost like molly and it was harder than usual to break up with a credit card than other shit I've had. probably like amphetamine salts used in the cuts. Whatever it was it fucked up my nose!!!

My advice - wet two fingers and put them up you nose (honestly not trolling you) - do they touch? If yes seek help. If no then - be careful what your snorting or else one day they will touch and you will need help.

You can also wash your nose after a session (nasal cleaning).

You have probably irritated the lining of your nasal cavity - this can result in light bleeding, heavy nose bleeds, sniffing hard and getting up lumps of blood/scabby stuff (old scar tissue from the heavy nose bleeds).

Not sure if that helps - (if your bleeding, be careful not to share your straw-tooter with anyone).
