Hey, I have a little issue here and I'm not sure if it's possible at all but it doesn't hurt to ask. I had 2 baggies in my pocket one contained roughly 200 mg 6-apb and the other contained 3 grams of MXE, however they weren't closed properly and everything spilled out and ended up mixed in the pocket. I managed to save all of it but I now have one bag with apb and mxe in it. Is there any way I can seperate these two? I wanted to throw it away but that would be such a waste... help is appreciated :/

Combining MXE with serotonergic releasers is strictly speaking still not recommended, so I am not sure I am comfortable with proposing that.

Chromatography, even if he has the equipment I doubt it is worth the material and time being used.

The IPA method sounds fine. I would use a hotplate or something, au bain-marie with open flame is still unwise. Always use solvent sparingly, the less you can use the better. I am not sure if heating is ideal though because you might oversaturate the solution and have the 6-APB crashing out just as hard.

Why not just first try going from 20'C to -10'C ? Then quickly filter and dump the liquid, dry the filtrand.

I don't really care if the apb gets wasted. MXE is banned however and it was my last bit, so I want to get that saved. If there's any known temperature in which the apb gets destroyed and mxe isn't let me know...

MDMA-like compounds are notoriously / famously stable. If dissolving in isopropanol, freezing and filtering is too much work for you then I'd forget it.

does the apb get in your system when you snort it? I could always snort when I want to dose MXE then

I would bet good money that 6-APB is plenty water soluble.

And a compound is typically taken up by the nose as well as it dissolves in water.

Even if not, the material that is not absorbed would be moved by the cilia towards your throat where it forms drip, ending up where it would when dosed orally (the stomach).

So yea 100% sure either way it ends up in your system unless one were to blow their nose after snorting a lipophilic drug.

6-APB succinate is supposed to have low solubility on water but I suspect isopropanol recrystallisation is the best option here. MDX is generally pretty soluble in alcohols, so 6-APB should be too.

Well shit. I'm just gonna go with what Mela said and assume the ratio makes for an ammount of apb you can ignore, since 40mg is the most of MXE I'll really dose which would give me... something like 3-4 mg's of apb?. I'm just worried that even though it's such a tiny portion, it would release serotonin and dopamine each time and would deplete it over time. As I do use MXE frequently ATM.
