Meth Separation of meth and n-iso using isopropyl alcohol

Or let's just say cleaning of meth, to avoid n-iso controversy. Can I use a shot glass for it? I've seen pictures of people using big, flat dishes. It is recommended to use a wine glass, or champagne glass for smaller amounts, I'm having doubts that it'd fit in the microwave. Also a champagne glass seems like it'd be difficult to scoop the product ou afterwards. Process seems pretty fool proof, but anyone have any recommendations?
