How can I be so sensitized
yet, so out of it
Feeling like an afternoon breeze
passing everyone by
Noticing the bewildered faces
as I pass them
& I wonder...
What am I giving off?
wondering the feeling of receiving
the breeze
Tasting the moment
instead of being tasted
instead of being felt
Of getting the feeling
of unreality
playing slowly, in my face
Then feeling the breeze,
leaving me
leaving no trace behind
headed down for other moments
rapidly lost
in the breast of faces
& on the wrist's of time
facing
floating
as time passes me by
