NEW YORK (Reuters) – Two drugs that produce a "meth-like" high and are being sold under the guise of "bath salts" would be banned as federally controlled substances under a bill unveiled on Sunday by Senator Charles Schumer.

Thankfully I live in Canada, where politicians are much less apt to give a fuck about designer drugs.
 
I was about to ordeer meph and pv....I live in arizoma, usa......if these became illegal what kind of trouble couLd I get in for poseccing them?

I wantes something legal, what would be the next best/most popular choice

We will have to wait and see the text of the bill but I assume Schumer is shooting for Schedule 1, which means potential for abuse and no medical use: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controlled_Substances_Act#Schedule_I_controlled_substances

In which case, penalties would be the same as posessing heoin, ecstasy, etc....

Unknown if and when at this time. The introduction of the bill is the first stage in the lawmaking process but I would epect this to pass as I don't know who in Congress would be interested in arguing against it....UNLESS som ethe RC distributors have been doing some under-the-table lobbying......hehehe
 
I say legalize all drugs and the dipshits that are stupid enough to try the bad shit die and don't produce such retarded offspring. And the drugs should be sold to little kids with castrating chemicals (yes, those exist)so they don't produce retarded offspring as well.
