The light creeps through the cracks in the shades
and the dust sails through the light pathways
as I think how deeply I loathe sunny days
and despise the sun and its menacing rays

Once destined perfection erroneous
and why we progress, push on I am curious
I see your faces and I feel furious
and this haunting rage within me mysterious

Walking exposed out amongst the fools
and observing mobile conditioned well oiled tools
without any previous knowledge of what they call rules
and yearning to rid the anger that never cools

Desire for a world encased with the night
and endless absence and dearth for the light
sick with hatred from this lifelong sight
and fury that will never sit right

Cut your wrists and let it out
Cut your wrists and let it out
Cut your wrists and let it out
Cut your wrists and let it out
