Misc semi experienced poppy pod user - Wondering about dosages

I've used poppy pods a number of times and often from different suppliers so the alkaloid content of the pods would most likely have been different each time. Currently I have around 2KG of giganteum poppies and have a few queries about dosages ( yes I have used the search bar but I must be honest I found nothing too useful to me in the mega thread)

I currently always use 5-6 pods along side my regular prescription of pregabalin and carbamazapine + a few citrizine 10mg. I often take more of the two when using pod tea in the hope of increasing any of the effects. At the moment I get quite lethargic and you could say relaxed. But not what I would say much in the way of euphoric. --Unfortunately I have no benzodiazapines nor cannabis to increase the buzz and it is next to impossible for me to find soma in my country.

I am now wondering am I overdosing my pods? Would instead using 3 pods rather then 6 be better and more likely to be more euphoric then lethargic. I've read that certain physcriatic medications can dull the opiate buzz, is this true?

I am aware that measuring my dose of pods via actual pods rather then grams is unwise but I don't have the time to measure the amount of powder most times.

Have you always got lesser euphoria from your current batch with mentioned dosge? In that case the reason for it can be the different alkaloid content as you said yourself. Maybe your current pods are just weaker and because of lesser euphoria you notice more of the letharginess. If you have been using them regularly it can just be your tolerance rising. The set and setting can also influence opiate high too, if you pay more attention to the high with for example laying down listening to music eyes closed instead of doing something distracting might make the euphoria noticable.

Yes some psychiatric medications can dull the high. For me benzos really don't add any euphoria, they only add the tiredness and lethargy. Don't know if carbamazepine affects the high but it is used in combination with opioids for neuropathic pain to add analgesia. If citrizine means cetirizin it shouldn't interact with opiates. Although it is antihistamine that should not cause any tiredness it can make some people tired, so maybe switching to non-tiring antihistamine like fexofenadine might help if that's the reason for letharginess. Pregabalin can affect your opiate high, some people like it but myself i liked them much better separately. Have used it with oxy and codeine, not with pods. I love pregabalin, but with oxy it didn't really add any euphoria just changed the high and maybe add letharginess. You could try carefully upping your dose, but that can't be recommended for obvious reasons. I'm sure trying 3 pods instead 6 will not hurt anyway.

Yeah I've decided to give the pods a rest for a while. Shame though as they did help with my nerve pain. I'll just get a job and save up for oxy every so often. Thanks for the response
