Benzos self-medication with benzodiazepines?

I know a lot when it comes to benzos.....xanax is one of the most addictive, but if you use it rarely you shouldnt develop a physical dependance. The reason you have more energy and feel relaxed after using MDMA and then xanax for the comedown...the last 2 letters of MDMA are for methamphetamine....i think the full word is methyldioxymethamphetamine. there's your extra energy, and the contentedness and relaxed feeling is from the minor euphoria from the xanax and its central nervous system depression affect. I think the word is synergy, when combining a CNS stimulant with a CNS depressant. Kind of like drinking a lot of alcohol and mixing it with cocaine.

I'm aware of the effects of MDMA, I've synth'd my own before ;). But as previously stated, the effects I feel off the xanax is weeks, if not months after my last use of MDMA.

Also I feel the need to clarify the withdrawl will be worse on xanax due its much shorter halflife. So if you where addicted, instead of its plasma level slowly falling off like valium would, it would drop suddenly and leave you in full-on withdrawls.

So in summary, xanax and valium are equally addictive. Xanax just has worse withdrawals.

Kind of, except, the combination does not result in one of the substances (as far as I know) metabolizing into another drug altogether. But yeah I get the general point.
 
Seriously then best advice anyone can give you in just stay away from Benzos. If you must take them for comdowns don't do it very often or you will regret it big time. Im going through my 3rd Benxo taper. You do not what to be me.
