I'm paranoid so my rule is to only buy off people I know (or occasionally a reputable online source.) This means no copping on the street, obviously.
I'm a very withdrawn person so that's not too difficult a rule to manage. Another one that's easy to keep is no stealing money or shit to sell for drugs (although I've gone into peoples' medicine cabinets as a teen). I'm an honest person and frankly, terrified of being caught doing something like stealing.
I don't have a "no needles" rule, but like any sane person I will not use a used needle. I'm also too pussy to ask for some at the pharmacist. Especially now that I'm back home with my parents, having needles and micron filters laying around is not an option for me.
The quality and potency of H is always suspect, so I would never shoot it anyways. But if I had a friend bring a needle, and either pills/micron filters or straight injectable amps of hydromorphone or something, I'd probably go for it.
Also, not really a rule, but I could NEVER shoot myself up. I went to the ER for a kidney stone once, and had 3 different nurses try to give me an IV a total of 7 different times, before GIVING UP. I'm not an IV user so my veins aren't damaged in any way, they're just invisible and very difficult to hit even for people who do it all day. So it would be pointless for a rookie like me to even try.
So I try my hardest not to make any rules that I would want to break, so they don't get broken and I know that when a personal limit is set, its SET.
lol what horseshit. Personal limit is just another way of saying "rule"
