Indignant Fools
wrapped in rapsody
of ignorance
complacence
and greed
and this the definition
of my self hatred
here standing facing mirrors
sheilding a figure I do not want to see
a girl
woman to be
blank stare
is it me
or are you ....
the shadow of the person I once was
still waiting there
for a slip of the mind
leads a soul to vacate
indecency to appear
dont leave me
counsious
dont leave me alone
to fight this daily battle
between
want
and
need

A bit of self loathing usually does make for pretty good poetry.
