Cocaine self controll help please???

ok im not brand new but I was only a short time I was here a long time ago that I was here.


to the point. its not a raging problem I can hold it and not do it but once I start or brink enough alcohol its gator tails till its gone. usually would get a game till it was that gone in a night the I got smaller bags. I don't see it as a cold turkey problem if I get the first one I can hold it for weeks and if I run out im not going for more.


I guess what im saying is has anyone been threw this and know any tricks to tell the little voice to shut the hell up and put it down.

With alcohol it's a lot more difficult.

Maybe keep yourself busy if you're drinking? Part of the issue was, at least for me, that drinking slowed me down and coke would easily neutralize that and then some. But if you're busy engaging your brain on a task it might be easier to no feel inclined to hit the bag?

! Keep yourself busy and definitely don't drink. I know I have 0 self control even after that first sip. don't drink again until after you get past the tough part. But do do other things that make you feel great, whatever it is. Eat pasta, smoke weed, have sex, go dancing. Or jump out of a plane

Doing cocaine wether it's HCl or crack or IV (which I don't do, as iv) if you are in a stressed mode isn't advised, check your mind is in the right place as I have been told by users and experienced myself if it's not don't bang IV , crack or sniff, wait gather your thoughts, mellow out, if anybody says different they are just a dodgy dealer who wants your money and souls for they pleasure and usage , they will give it off I'm some wanky fed type, but I'm not and don't give in to the dodgy, using types saying that myself or anybody else who knows what they are like and been there are fed wankers, they say , don't take any notice he doesn't know this, that or the other, so they can peddle their shit for themselves or their gang line , stick with restraint until you are calm if you are going to do it , as it won't help you otherwise, plenty of seasoned users I have known over the years say the same , and some line peddlar says different to them, and "them" are users who have been on it for decades, half centuries or more know more than the youngsters who say different and mouth off the veterans are light idiots who don't know or understand or are dictating this that and the other and how to lead your life when it isn't the case , it's the newbie or dodgy line runners or managers, and they say or their runners say they know more they are dealers, when the vast majority are chucking out for a boss, and they don't test etc , they will and their runners will always say the end user knows fuck all , but the end does know if it's laced, cut and fucked shit they are given, proper long term cocaine heads know if their wrap is plenty of pure cocaine or boric acid flakes or what is called in some circles MAGIC, which is an oil based cut which reacts like cocaine cooked for crack but it's fake shit mixed boric acid flakes for the fishscale, mother of pearl, rainbow shimmer look ,so looks like premium, cooks quickly to rock etc, and sniff wise will taste good and mixed with amphetamine or RsC/chemicals give a buzz but it is isn't the cocaine, there was a European seller website that offered Chinese "kilocaine" which be their admiitence in the website advert was a chemical compound which supposedly gave the same effect and cheaper for purchase. I'm not a bullshit artist and I speak the truth there's a lot of synthetic chemicals designed to replicate or close to replicate real cocaine, everything nowadays is shady with synthetics and near replicantes of cocaine, mdma (sounds weird) and obviously more well known opioid attempted replicantes, fentanyl is shouted off majority of the time with nirtazine and theres plenty of other synthetic crap coming out mainly Chinese labs!

Booze and coke make for some serious spiral usage together, don't they? I had this issue throughout my early 20s, beer and crack. I reckon it's the cocaethalene that we seek when we do this. Here is the UK its become a major issue now, coke and booze. I did manage to stop but my advice is terrible. I replaced it with another addiction.

The suggestions by the others are much more level headed and will teach you better self discipline.

I'm inclined to ask if there's anything driving your use. How's your mood? What sort of settings do you use in?

Quick note, I have been on the booze and coffee and piped good cocaine/crack, but wasn't in best of moods, hence the advice about relaxing and calming down before even scoring, it can mess with your mind otherwise and then it's all negative effects I not careful, I got out of my negative mind set , after sobering a little, didn't want to seem a moany old git going on about mood and mindset and chemicals, but it's true about replicate chemical compounds especially from China in the main part , it's like the British -chinese opium war in the 1800's (look it up on YouTube) but reversed that it's China pushing the goods to the rest of the world
