Hello, I am JB and have quit cold turkey and been in 3 rehabs. I am 9 years sober from Alcohol.
I ordered some 100 mg ER Tapentadol from India which took last Feb. But found it took 8 or 9 of those (Aspodol) to work, and then did they work, fall asleep on my desk at the computer till wife got home and dragged me to bed... IDIOT ME. So diabetic neurotrophy, IBS, severe Arthritis, Osteoarthrosis. 3 stents from a heart attack 9 years ago, heavy smoker, how, I do Not know did I stop drinking a filth of bourbon and 12 pack of icehouse a day COLD turkey and dry since may 7th, 2013. But I do have an addictive personality, just got off of BC powders, that is PATHETIC.... Think I'll start chewing dirt, I would get hooked.

ANYWAY, Generalized Anxiety severe where I haven't worked in 2 years I just ordered some Generic Tapentadol from India called DIDOL 100 ER. I can't find any information on these and just took 4. I'm freaking mess, Klonopin and Tapentadol together I know I know is very dangerous. 12 years I stopped 8mg bars of xanax and 60 mg daily of methadone cold turkey. After 3 seizure's, one in which they had to stop my heart and restart it for I have Supraventricular tachycardia. Please let me know if anyone has information about DIDOL 100ER.... Thanks for letting me bore your day...

Hey,

How much Klonopin did you take?

This other stuff is really hard to work out, but:

Tramadol 50mg + Paracetamol 500mg + Domperidone 10mg

The oral dose for adults is 325 to 650 mg every 4 to 6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 4 grams.

Ugh, I was looking for more info because that site didn't make much sense at all. Then I clicked on another result in Google and literally got stuck in this soft-core porn/dating site. I had to just close the tab.

What site are you talking about hun??

Did the OP edit their post? They didn't mention anything about tramadol, paracetamol or domperidone.

Welcome man.Personally have no experience with alc.problems.....but a lot of people here are capable to help you with some least an advice.Have a luck!

No, he asked about DIDOL 100ER

The best info I could get on that was it's Tramadol + Paracetamol + Domperidone. Half the sites that came up weren't in English, and that site was flakey.

I clicked on something else and was taken to this dating site with a half naked girl saying she's 3km away lol. I couldn't get out of it so I just closed it. I gave up after that because it doesn't seem to be a common medication in the West.

Presumably it is just a standard 100mg ER pill of Tapentadol. So opioid with some NRI activity, with any opioid not being at all a good idea to mix with benzos. 400mg is QUITE a high dose, especially for someone with a heart condition.

It could also be Tramadol, where 400mg ERF would not be nearly as extreme of a dose. Same thing goes for mixing with benzos, very bad idea.

Hope you are okay dude.

Didol ER's active ingredient is Tramadol, this is the extended release version and therefore you should expect a more smooth and consistent effect as opposed to IR (immediate release). Tramadol ER is often used therapeutically at doses of up to 300 mg however, doses do on occasion exceed this maximum. Tramadol however, is not the most efficacious in the treatment of severe pain. This is an opioid although weak compared to others within its class. It also inhibits norephinephrine resulting in an anti-depressant like effect. Reply if you have any other questions.

Best wishes

Thank YOU, I have noticed that they are a form of Tramadol...

I also found it to be tramadol, thanks for replying

Hey,

How much Klonopin did you take? 2mg per day going on 10 years after xanax seizures, but I cannot find this medication exists even entering the pharmcutical company that makes it... The price you pay getting meds off the internet.... This is a mystery medication....

Tramadol 50mg + Paracetamol 500mg + Domperidone 10mg

I heard these two meds can still give you effects while on Suboxone. I wonder if they still work and suboxone don't block the effects of the two. I heard DR'S will prescribe these for pain to people that are on Suboxone like me.

This is my first post in several years, but I felt this was a niche area worth stepping in to reply and help OP with.

Let me note something first right off the bat before I get into my post. Didol is indeed nothing more then generic TRAMADOL. In fact, if I had to guess OP, those tablets you had years ago were almost certainly also tramadol. Be extremely careful, dosing higher than 400mg daily is a sure fire way to get seizures. You got ripped off and they sold you tramadol, passing it off as tapentadol, as both have some similarities, but Tapentadol is 3x stronger with a much lower risk of seizures! Tapentadol has only about a 20% of the SSRI action that Tramadol has, thus why real Tapentadol is safer (it’s also a single molecule compound with rather predictable effects. Anyways be very careful with that counterfeit shit.

Anyways, a bit about me. I am sure my username name gives the reason why LOL. Nucynta was my drug of choice that was thankfully prescribed and treated the higher end of moderate pain very well! I was injured while in the Army (L5 bulged disc discovered in 2009). Originally I was on 75mgsIR but once the ERs came out, I switched, and those were amazing!!! Unfortunately, due to insurance related issues (along with going to 3 or 4 pharmacies sometimes just to get them filled), I had to switch from being on Nucynta (Tapentadol) 150ER x2 a day….to a combination therapy of Oxycodone (Percocet) 5mg x4 a day and Lyrica 75mg x3 a day (I’m also on 40mgs of Vyvanse daily +5mg Adderall for rescue). Well the Nucynta was 1 1/2, but I’ll get to that later. ☺️

All meds are prescribed, pretty low dosing, but it *does the job* well enough to get me through the day, not to mention I know a dozen people who cannot even get 5mg oxycodone prescribed (or Lyrica) and are in pain, so I feel blessed! I was on Nucynta ER for 8 years, and have been on Oxycodone for about 3.5 years now. My dosing on both Nucynta and Oxycodone have been stable and I have been able to get continued relief from both, but let me tell you Nucynya 150-ER was NOTABLY strongly than Oxycodone 5mg, and it actually fucking lasts 12 hours!!!! Hell, it was strong enough that I could cut those thick Nucynta ERs in half for the second dose! I just rode off the coat tails of the first dose and I was golden.

During an extreme pain incident one time, back then I was on the IR version, I talked to my PMS and she had me take a second Nucynta! Well, let me tell you, about 75mins after taking the second dose, I was having mild but distinct hallucinations and high as fuck! I also had a day or two after that experience where I took one, forgot I took it, took a second one and WTF, why am I having these weird hallucinations??? I don’t even know how to describe them, but it was like tracers, shadows, bugs, out of the peripheral corners of your eyes (and sometimes bugs on the floor), and brief voices out of nowhere, along with the being watched by someone outside your normal visual range. If I closed my eyes, I had vivid 3D-ish closed eye visuals. I remember it would make me start to nod slightly and I’d wake up after hearing a loud voice in my ear or a strong closed eye visual. At this dose, the opioid effect was pretty strong too!

Anyways, enough about my life story 😂.

The thing with Nucynta is that the shit is EXPENSIVE!! Even with premium insurance, at the time, I was paying a hefty but semi-affordable price. Mind you, that was with insurance coupled with a prescription savings program. The cost without insurance??? About 4 years ago, it was legit 10-12 times the cost I was paying after insurance hit. So even a generic version, I would imagine would be easily an eye batting double take price now days! Which bring me to my final points.

It’s a speciality medication, and in the United States, there are NO generics! Even in other countries, there’s generally only 1 brand (like Palexia in UK). India actually has generics, but as noted about the cost, they still won’t be cheap! India is one of the few countries with generics of Tapentadol (and a booming market), thus the fake tramadol ripoffs.

So I hope this post was informative and I’m sorry you got ripped off.

I'm thinking about asking my pain management doctor to switch my Oxy CR 40mg to Nucynta ER 150mg, but I'm slightly nervous about having more pain with the comparable dose of Nucynta.

I think Nucynta ER 150mg is suppose to be similar to Oxycodone CR 40mg. Was this your experience?
