I've been taking Butylone for the past day and a half and it is making me move my jaw all the time and burp pretty consistently. I have heard that magnesium supplements help out with jaw tension and I'm hoping with the desire to move my jaw all the time. I was just wondering how long the magnesium will take to work and how much should be taken.
Thank you in advance for your help

Heya, only just read this, sorry for the delay repying..

Magnesium citrate has the best bioavailability; try 500mg ish but you can probably get away with up to a few grams. Any higher and you're going to get diarrhoea! It doesn't entirely get rid of jaw tension but it does help IME. I usually take it an hour or so beforehand and that seems to work okay.
