Hi, I lately discovered one pill of ibuprofen can strongly help me sleep. 200mg popped and one or two hours later I comfortably am asleep.

I know we're all wired differently, so do you feel this sedative property too when you take one pill or two of ibuprofen for other purposes, like pain?

I once took one pill of either Tylenol or Ibuprofen (forgot which) and sat down. About 15 minutes later my entire body was numb and i couldn't move. Not even sure how it happened because i've tried to get it to happen again multiple times with each and doubled the doses to try that and i just cant match it nomatter what i do. Maybe it was just all in my mind.

But to answer your question, i've never had the urge to sleep on either of those pills. But then again, i dont really feel like sleeping any time.

It's on the label that side effects may include drowsiness or dizziness. So I can see it helping you sleep if you're not used to taking ibuprofen. That would probably wear off the more you use it.
