I asked a similar question a few days ago, but didnt really get a proper answer. Was wondering if taking a recreational dose of DXM would be dangerous in any way 7/8 days after taking mephedrone?

i'd suspect that there are adverse interactions between dxm and mephedrone. meph is a serotonin releaser (albeit a weaker one that for instance mdma) and combining serotonin releasers with dxm can lead to serotonin syndrome.

but if you take the dxm a week after the mephedrone there should be no problem.
