Second time trying mushrooms any advice would be great :)

Hey folks my name is matt and tomorrow I will be acquiring a half ounce of mushrooms.. now the last time I tried mushrooms I ate 4grams (first time by the way) and it literaly sent me hurling into another dimension of reality... this time I want things to go abit smoother so if anyone has advice on how to safely trip with mushrooms id greatly appreceite it that's all folks

I found 2.5g, ground up and mixed with orange juice to be very smooth. Not too intense at all.
