I was thinking of trying some St. John's Wort. HOw much is it? I am really scared though because I don't want to rely on chemicals to make me happy. Can anyone that might have tried it tell me the positives and negatives of it? That would be much appreciated!!
i have heard it can have some interactions and lower the effectiveness of some birth control pills--just to give you that warning otherwise you should be able to search for information on it quite easily
