Hey all, so it's slowly getting that time of the year for my seasonal depression to rear it's ugly head. Dose anyone have any tips or advice that has worked for them?
regular exercise for sure, multivitamin and eating well to make sure I get vitamin D, hobbies that can be done indoors help a lot too but getting outside even though it's cold also helps. a change in environment periodically is really important

Yeah you are right, getting out doors even if it's cold helps. I think I'm going to start a reading list also. I'm in university now too, so that should help keep my mind occupied as well. Ty for the reply!
