hi,
i suffer from bipolar disorder and have trouble taking antipsychotics orally because of the long lasting sedating effects,
which seem to affect me more than others, and which i really, really hate.
this got me wondering if there are antipsychotics which are especially well suited for taking intranasally, so as to achieve
a shorter duration of the medications effects (i only take meds when i feel that a manic episode is building up, so i wouldn't
be snorting the stuff daily).
i currently have some quetiapine, risperidone, and olanzapine lying around, but would rather not mess around with the
stuff when not actually needed.
so, any suggestions or input in general?
