Scuba Diving on Acid

I've only been scuba diving a few times, and perhaps a pot brownie/edible would be more appropriate?

There's just too much vulnerability being that deep in the water. I remember seeing a LOT of sea urchins and getting freaked out because I know some times actually shoot their spikes off as a defense mechanism if you get too close and also one time I rubbed my leg on some fire coral on accident and had a nasty rash for a day or two. not to mention how scary sharks would be while tripping.

Also, there's the potential nausea of being on a boat beforehand, then when you get deep into the water where there's not as much light it can get REALLY cold.

Kudos to anyone who has had a psychedelic scuba diving experience, but its definitely not for me.

ALSO, this is hardly a risk but apparently some divers when they get to deep enough waters some of the compressed air in their tank starts to turn into Nitrous Oxide.

THAT could be VERY dangerous on a psyche.

Not quite, nitrogen itself at high pressures has an anesthetic effect, as do a lot of other gasses, how strong the effect is depends on the gas, and increased depth means increased absolute pressure means more gasses dissolved into tissues since gasses dissolve into liquids as a function of their partial pressure)Xenon is sufficiently powerful that it can be used for surgical anesthesia at 1 atmosphere in high amounts... It's what I mentioned in my previous post. It does not change into NO2, it's just the nitrogen itself, or any gas.

It's not just dangerous on the psyche, which is really the minor concern when you remember what happens to humans who for some reason or another, are underwater and unable to get air into, or keep the water out of, ones lungs.

Snorkeled on 2C-I and mushrooms. It was pretty amazing. Never felt terribly dangerous, but I had a sober spotter too.
