My dr writes me script every month for my antidepressors, there's some space on the bottom of the script
You think the pharmacy will report to her what they gave me from her script or they wont, lets say I make the handwriting pretty similar and I write on the bottom of my 2 usual medecine I get for depression "30x Dilaudid 2 mg every 4 hours if needed R x 0"
I don't exactly know what most of this mean but, my effexor is 1 per day so she writes "Effexor 150mg Po Die x 1 mois R x 1"
and same for the other medecine i get for treating depression and adhd she writes "Wellbutrin 100mg Po Die x 1 mois R x 1"
So I figured "Po Die" Means daily as "Po" ressembles "Posologie" which means "the number to take" and Die... assumed its "everyday" I might be wrong but whatever, so if she prescribes me pain medecine, it wouldn't be daily but "if needed" and I dont know the word for this.
Anyway... long story short, has anyone ever tried this, did it work, and if it did, did your doc recieved info afterwards that this medecine was given to you by her script?
