Opioids Script of klonopin filled as methadone?!

I just got home and popped open a bottle of a script I've been getting quite regularly for 60 count 1mg klonopin... but I noticed the pills looked a little different. The bottle and the prescription itself indeed said klonopin, but the pills were white, round, one side had 54 then 142 below it, the other side was scored.

Checked every pill identifier around, and all these say this is methadone. WTF? Is this even possible that they filled my usual klonopin script as methadone 10mg instead?

If so, I'd like to use these to quit a hydromorphone habbit. Snort about 20mg dilaudid daily, so if these are indeed methadone, how many will it take to hold me down? About how long until I'd feel the effects of it?

We do not allow pill identifications here. IF your sources are correct, I would get on the phone with your pharmacy ASAP since this is not just a minor fuck up. Someone who gets methadone may have endedu p with a bottle full of klonopin and is now withdrawing.

Please call them and explain the error, for your sake, and the other person's sake who may have gotten your klonopin by accident

As for using methadone to quite hydromorphone, there are myriads of withdrawal guides and threads regarding methadone, both for detox and maintenance.
