I split my time between the US and Europe. There are pain docs in the US who will do what you're asking, but they're probably gonna want to see you at least once a year. Gonna be really fuckin hard to find one who will do it tho. I had a pain doc in a very fancy area who offered to do it, but I had a relationship built up with him for years...until I fucked it up with a positive coke UA.

It's possible. Just remotely. Ask your doc!

You guys don't know what conditions I have, if I knew a complex operation would resolve my problems 100%....I would do it. The procedure is risky, and all the docs told me I could end up in worse condition after the operation. I know of two people that had similar problems, one is in a wheelchair....and the other is now in more pain after his operation. I don't want to roll that dice....and if that makes me a "bitch", than fuck off. If I can deal with my problems with 3 pills a day without risking paralysis, I'd rather go with the 3 pills. I have lumbar ridiculapothy, spina bifida, spodilosis, scoliosis, and some nerve damage. Will the operation fix all these things and make me better? "Maybe" is not a good enough answer for me, bitch. So if you don't know WTF you are talking about, shut the fuck up. I was born with some of these conditions, and others I obtained from MMA fighting. I'm a semi-pro body builder, and I also managed to fuck myself up more with weights. For those of you who have helped me in this thread, I thank you....superhanz, continue on suckin dick "dawg".

Can't get Subs. And if I could....the price for that stuff is insane!!! My docs upped my dilaudid dose to 8mg 4X a day now. I'm all good....but I'm going to hire a lawyer to see what he can do for me. I spoke to one and said he could help me as he knows some of the laws. I have to get approval from my the US embassy and a form has to be filled out by my doctor. This is the only way to legally ship my meds from the US to Europe. And I think the meds have to be shipped to the embassy or to one of my doctors there. And I'm really pissed at you fuckers for thinking I just want to take the pills to get high. I have a family and a business....I want to be pain free and a normal human being. But I WILL NOT take the chance of doing a series of risky operations that "might" help me...or "might" put my ass in a wheelchair. Again, fuck those of you who think that....and god bless those of you who actually tried to help me. Thank you.
