Last night I screamed
I screamed out my rage
I screamed out my sadness
I screamed out my fear
I screamed out my hope and longing
I screamed out my love
I screamed out promises
To myself and the universe
I screamed to the chorus
Of ten thousand other screaming voices
I screamed for freedom
I screamed for patience
I screamed until my body shook
And my head spun
And still I screamed
I screamed 'till I thought Id cry
I screamed 'till the world was reduced to nothing
And I was just a part of the tide
I screamed until I felt my death
And I screamed until I found new life
I screamed until I was empty
I screamed and was restored
And then it was over
But now theres a part of me
That I know will never stop screaming

i know that feeling all too well ant. hang in there sweetie... i know you have it in you to get past this. it kills me to see you, my inspiration, so in pain. just remember, that which does not kill you can only make you stronger.
and i promise you, the screaming WILL stop. you just have to have a little faith.

I wish I was one of those screamers...but I think it takes a lot of courage to let it all out, to scream it all away.
Sometimes I open my mouth...but nothing comes out.
I'm glad you have the courage to let go.
