You screw that up, and its going to be ugly..... Certainly do not IV an extract, it will have traces of glue in there and all sorts of similar stuff, unless isolated with lab technique that you wouldn't be asking such things, if you had the equipment for (column and TLC chromatography)
Scopolamine is an antimuscarinic anticholinergic drug, its one of the nightshade alkaloids, found in belladonna, Datura species, brugmansia and various more exotic nightshade type plants in the order Solanacea. Too much will cause a delirious temporary psychotic breakdown
like some rather ill-advised kids seek from diphenhydramine or Datura and its relatives.
Wearing the patch would probably not release sufficient scopolamine (now known in clinical practise as hyoscine quite often) quickly enough to do much. But hoping to IV some from a patch, the answer is thats a damn bad idea.
