Schizophrenia and MDMA

He was talking bollocks to scare you. The number of people developing schizophrenia has remained constant for the last 100 years. If drug use caused people to develope schizophrenia then the number of people with schizophrenia should have exploded over the last 30 years - it hasn't, it's remained exactly the same. It's bullshit. Pure and simple.

Well it worked. I am very concerned about my mental health. On more than one occasion, I have experienced auditory hallucinations and I felt like I was being persecuted.

Unfortunately I was able to moderate my use. Right now I am in Rehab as an outpatient and I see a therapist on a regular basis. One of the underlying issues of my substance abuse and subsequent breakdown was because of family history. Mindset is everything. I was using drugs as a fix but they just left me broken.

Drugs just make you worse in my opinion. I see people everyday that have been devastated by drug abuse. Now that I have some clean time I am scared of having a relapse and I live in fear.
