Scary side effect from vyvanse

i started taking vyvanse just about 2 weeks ago and it always gave me the urge to frequently urinate and I never quite felt like I was finished. Today when I was urinating the flow stopped but it felt like there was more so I relaxed and out comes a thick white substance. I went to the doctor and told him and was checked for STDs/infections and he said he saw nothing wrong. I did a few google searches and found that some people taking stimulants were having similar issues. I told that to my doctor and he shut it down and said he did a search and that vyvanse isn't known to be linked to anything like that. Basically, I'm trying to find out if anyone else has the same problem and has been better informed by their doctor? Or does anyone know why this is happening? I'm new to the forum and joined seeking information on this topic. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

UTI is a rare side effect of Vyvanse, more commonly seen in those being treated for binge eating disorder but I imagine it is possible regardless of the diagnosis. You have one major symptom common in men (urinary frequency) but a milky discharge is sometimes seen with atypical pathogens. Maybe your doctor can check for these.

I gave a urine sample and was tested for all UTIs/STDs he said i was clean.
