48 hours ago i injected less than <snip> worth of methamphetamine. I'm an occasional user and i'm pretty sure it was more than i've ever done. I've never gone more than 2 days without sleep.
I stood in the same spot for a couple hours tweaking around with some bullshit.
I forgot to mention i had shot about half of my bag.
Later i shot the rest over a period of an hour. I'm more addicted to needles than meth.
It's been 24 hours and i've only slept a couple hours. I'm pretty sure i clot injected a clot or something. My neck is stiff. My pee is dark yellow kinda brownish. My left leg cramped so bad last night, unimaginable pain. It swelled to twice its normal size. My abdomen keeps twitching.
I don't know if i'm just tripping, coming down or what. It's been at least 24 hours since my last use. And for all you harm reduction folks out there, i do appreciate you, and i am trying my very best to stay clean. Should i go to the hospital?

If you haven't ate or had any liquids in the 24 hours you have been awake you could be getting cramps and due to the speed and racing thoughts 'overthinking' it. (This would also make your urine dark yellow due to dehydration, it could also make your stomach twitch as your body is hungry even though you can't feel it).

Try and get some fluids and maybe something to eat (something cold and wet is easier to eat than something dry) custard, bananas mashed up etc. Or failing that just drink some water (room temperature and a few mouthfuls) don't gulp down really cold water/fruit juice as this could make you sick. If you have any isotonic(sports drinks) they are also great at replacing the salts etc that you burn up with speeding etc.

Now that you have had a few hours since you had the problem with your leg is it still swollen? If it is and your in pain then I would say go to the hospital. I personally do not know enough about injecting to know about injecting clots to offer any advice - wouldn't you have had to have blood sitting in your needle for a while for it to form a clot in the first place?

I hope that your feeling better soon.

Injections can dislodge pre-existing clots occasionally, but I'm not sure that's what your situation is. I'd definitely say you're likely dehydrated and seriously need to drink something with electrolytes to replace what you've lost, and you should also eat something or at least drink an ensure / protein shake. Also, were you injecting into your leg? It's possible you missed a vein and caused an abscess to form which is responsible for the swelling, but definitely take some nsaids and try to elevate it while laying down so it's higher than your chest. This can help reduce the swelling and make sure your body can get that blood back into your heart to help your circulation and hopefully cause a faster healing process.

If you weren't injecting into your leg, toes, etc, I'd recommend going to an urgent care center first. They'll be able to tell you how serious it is / what's going on, and whether or not you'll have to go to the hospital / ER. Urgent care is pretty great, though, and tends to be WAY cheaper of a copay (not to mention way faster and more convenient) than the hospital. Good luck & feel better!

I haven't eaten a lot but i have eaten. Just got some rest, gonna see how the day at work goes. Definitely didn't inject into my leg or feet. Will post later.

Yeah bro, sound's like you are just dehydrated and tweaking a little bit.. Give it a few days and drink some water and eat some fruits. I think you will be fine though..Do the drugs, don't let the drugs do you.
