ie. "They are wont to their ways."
However, the text your friend sent you used the word out of context.

I'm glad to hear that you've thrown out resumes like that. So many people just think it doesn't matter, and I'd hate to see those people get into a position like yours, AfterGlow.They may change their minds when they get out into the wonderful world of employment. I've thrown out resumes from college grads, who were otherwise very qualified for an open technical position, when they contained blatant grammatical and spelling errors. It may not matter to them if they can't spell, but it matters to the people they are trying to communicate with.
