[Scale] Scale questions

Recently I've been in the market for a better scale, one more suitable for dosing 2c-x and other dose sensitive compounds. I stumbled upon this listing and it looks great however their is no information on the company and brand. I hoped some more knowledgeable people could give me their thoughts or alternate recommendations. Thanks!
