Scabby Knee Advice

I've had these for about a month, got rug burns scrapes from doing my stretches on the carpet and these scabs won't go away. Don't think it's psoriasis and they weren't really wounds that needed scabs to heal but the only thing that works to make them get smaller is soaking and then scrubbing lightly. Any advice as far as otc creams or meds that don't involve paying for a doc?

You mentioned psoriasis, is it because you have it elsewhere?
