i'm not around as much as i'd like to be, but i just want you all to know that i love all of you. you have all touched me somehow in my life, and it was thrown into full force about a year ago. i miss you guys, and i can't wait to see you again. to those i haven't met, i can't wait to meet you. and it will happen, dammit. i'm a stubborn cancer with a lot of german in my blood -- so it'll happen.

I couldn't possible find the time to say nice things about everyone on this board who has brightened my life, shared in my sorrow, humored me by laughing when I wasn't funny, made me laugh when I though it was impossible, and cared when I was too weak to properly reciprocate; not to mention the acts of decency and kindness that seem to effortlessly flow between us all. Although I've witnessed some ridiculous shit over the last 2 and a half years on this board, you people more consistantly restore my faith in humanity than any other source I've ever known or observed. Thank you.
Many of you know what you mean to me, and many more probably have never realized how important you are in my life...namely because of little or no direct interaction between us. I hope I will have the time to express in words and actions (and in person) the emotions I feel for you all. Thank you.
I know how good it makes one feel to personally and specifically receive accolades in writing in this thread, and perhaps I will spend the time to do so in the near future. But this will have to do for now. All I can say for now is, again, thank you.

I've only met a handful of bluelighters, and, regrettably they don't post much if any these days. However, I have been on here a while and do feel like part of the community without personally meeting any of you:
Plazma, Simm, HueroLoco, Kira, Thoth: You'll be surprised at this but THANK YOU for posting your opinions in the USA attacks forum. Even though I think most of you are insane (kidding) your ideas are not blown off by me like you might think.
Blue Lava, Noodle, TheLazer, and other gay (or whatever you are Jay) bluelighters: Thanks for helping me realize I'm not alone here.
Crow, Raverdave, Griff, Fox, Jase, Skydancer, Phreex, Flower and the many other moderators and folks who give your time: Thanks. This board has done a LOT for me. A LOT. uh, a lot......
To everyone else who wasn't mentioned (like me), you are a part of this community. Contribute to it and try to give back, whether it's good advice, a donation, or a sympathetic ear. You really do get more out of it when you put more into it.
