Saving heroin for nasal injection

I know saving heroin for IV use is never recommended but the same applies for squirting the stuff up my nose? Im guessing bacteria will grow in the water or does it have to have blood in it first from registering. Also H converts to morphine when saved in water so i should just prep and squirt it up my nose right away right? thanks

If you leave Heroin in a syringe for longer than 12 hours it will start to degrade into 6-Monoacetylmorphine and bacteria can form if it isn't stored at the appropriate temperature in a sterile syringe with bacteriostatic water.

You should prep it just before use.

I never got why people leave it in needles. I shoot the whole needle at once

Nobody takes a half a shot out of a single syringe and leaves the rest to shoot later.. hah. People mean that they will make fully premade shots to take with them on the go so they can fix quickly. But you don't want to make anymore than what you'll need for a single day because like Trip said, it starts to degrade and become bacteria ridden.
