my question goes something like this...i did a bun last saturday n scraped empties wednesday n thursday with the equivalent of prob 2 good size bags each time, i did 7 more between today n yesterday (frday) so im wondering how much subs ill need to take tomo to not have my easter ruined for me or my family 8)

Okay, so how much dope exactly have you used for how long? 13 bags since last Saturday?

You're w/d shouldn't be bad at all. I cannot imagine you'd need more than 8mg or suboxone sublingually. Less if snorted. Start off with taking no more than 2mg 24hrs after you last had any opioids and you'll almost certainly be fine. There is no reason you should need to go past 8mg of suboxone between yesterday and monday.
 
You will be fine taking 4 mg when you wake up this morning. See how you feel 1 hour or so later and take another 4. Your probably not gonna feel 100% but enough to enjoy your Easter.
 
Still, unless you know how you react to bupe, you're best off starting with less. Given how much you've been using 2mg should be enough to keep you from feeling acute withdrawals. The best part is, you can always take more. Bupe is an extremely strong drug, so be safe. Frankly I'd be amazed if you really were to need more than 2mg to stay well. More than that there's a good chance you'll get high, or sick...

Frankly, 8mg is more than you need in any absolute sense, but you can be the judge of that.

The only bit of the above I find myself in absolute agreement with is that, between dosages of bupe you should wait one to two hours. Takes a bit to kick in, although not quite as long as methadone ime.

Suboxone can make you feel 100% better. I know that many of the times that I have taken after a heroin binge I have had zero withdrawal symptoms, and even a lift in mood. That isn't to say that the OP will have these same exact effects, but I also wouldn't dismiss the possibility of them feeling 100% better after taking the suboxone.

I generally take no more than 4mg sublingually, and as little as 1mg to achieve the desired effects. It can take up to 2 hours to really feel the full effects, so re-dosing should be done at 1-2 hour intervals, taking 1mg to start out and adding 1mg at a time until you feel better. The OP did a total of about 2 bundles over the course of a week, so that isn't so high of a dose for suboxone to not have them feeling 100% better. I was using 3-4 bags 3x a week when I used suboxone and felt 100% better, so I think that the OP should be fine.
 
Wait 24 hours after last dope shot.
Rinse with listerine for 2 minutes.
Dose 2mg sublingual, keep mouth close and swallow as little as possible.
Wait 90 minutes.
Dose 1mg more if still sick.
Don't expect 100% well. It's possible, but the first day or two can still be rough depending on a number of factors.
 
^This is pretty sound. The OP probably doesn't need the listerine, but given how this will decrease the "come up" on the bupe, it's not a bad idea at all. Although he/she might wanna consider trying 1mg first if using this. But nonetheless very sounds
 
i was using anywhere from 2-5 buns a day a few months ago with no subs but have since got my self clean n just started back up. im just trying to avoid any and all possible w/d's for it would not go well with my family and especially on day like today where i have to b with fam, thanks guys n happy easter to all
 
lol, gotcha... as fond as I am of my stamped bags, I never used such slang :\

So you've been using more than I thought. but still, I'd recommend starting your first 12hrs with no more than 4mg. You can always take more
 
ya i will start off with 4 prolly...i had intentions on only using once but u know how that goes...my only concern is not waiting the full 24 hrs n taking sub n getting sick...idk if u have any experience with that
 
if you're concern with that, take 2mg. if the worst happens and you experience a little precipitated w/d, it's been my experience that less bupe created less precipitated w/d (not that it wouldn't suck, it would just suck and last a little less). Frankly though, as long as it's been 12+ hrs, you should be fine, given heroin's rather short half life (well, compared to something like methadone).
 
thanks dog i might even just take 2 mg w.e. it is it will be small cuz ive been worse off after takin sub n it is not fun lol but for real done's half life is crazy suttin like 100 hours
 
If you were doing up to a half brick a day, even if you stopped for a while, your tolerance is probably still quite high. Everyone is different but you may require up to 8mg to feel ok. But make sure to take a small amount when you initially dose to prevent severe post-acute WD's

And for the record, you must be rich to afford that kind of dope habit. I'm kinda jealous
