Opioids Saving CWE Hydrocodone?

I'm doing a CWE right now but something came up and I can't use it right away. Can I just strain out the APAP and put the opiate in a water bottle at room temp. until it's ready for use? I will be doing this with 4 - 7.5-500 Lortabs (2000mg apap i know) and i've normally been eating them, but my liver is going bad and I want to do a CWE on them to be safe anyways.

I wouldn't leave it for more than like 1-2 days. Make sure you use clean utensils to do the CWE. Longer periods of time would probably be best in the freezer.

It's in the freezer now and has been for about 11 minutes. Here is the method i'm using:

Take about 1/2 a cup (100 mL) of water warm to hot water and pour it into your bottle, jar, or whatever you're using. Make sure the water isn't too hot, if you can hold your finger in it, it's okay. Take your pile of powder and pour it into the container of water somehow. Put a lid on and shake it up until you can't see the pile of powder in the water anymore. This should take around 5 mins.

3.) Take your bottle or jar and pour the liquid into the bowl as soon as you're done shaking. Put the bowl in your freezer (or fridge) and let it get really cold, but not to the point of freezing (~42° F or 6°C). When the temp. is right, or you can see stuff at the bottom of the bowl (about the same amount of powder you put in) you can take it out.

4.) Get a cup and out and put a piece of cheesecloth or a coffee filter on top. Hold the filter on and slowly pour the liquid through the filter and into the cup. Slow down if liquid gets close to running off the edge of the filter. Squeeze the last of the liquid out of the filter, being careful not to break it.

That's a whole lot better than 2000mg APAP imo. I'm going to keep re-filtering about 3-4 times anyways. Only problem i'm having right now is that I can't tell when it's ready. There's stuff on the bottom (I'm using a water bottle instead) and the water's still very cloudy. Am I doing something wrong?

Nothing is wrong technically. It's just that the extraction of 4x pills is done in a 20mL glass vial by adding 10mL of warm water to the powder. I don't know why you add 100mL to be honest. But since you already did it, just go with it but filter it well. The solution is always cloudy before you filter it.

You can dissolve 5g of APAP in warm-hot water. That's more than twice your total APAP amount. This means that the 4 pills could entirely dissolve in less than half that water amount.

And like a dumbass, I went to filter it and it's practically like an IV drip coming out slow as hell so I've been holding the water bottle with the solution and a coffee filter over the drinking part over a cup with another coffee filter over it. Had nothing to prop it up with, so I switched from a cup, to a large pill bottle that I have and just stuck the bottle in there to filter. I guess i'll be up all night doing this

Is it filtering in the fridge? Cause if it's heating up, you no longer remove 62%, you remove something between 31% and 62%.

Dude the thing is so ez. Just crush your powder really well, mix it with 15mL of warm water in a glass vial, shake the crap out of it, cool it, and throw the paste on 3 Kleenex sheets. 30 seconds later the water absorbs into the tissues. So you peel off a thin layer to remove the solid and ur done. The opioid is in the Kleenex, you can suck on it, squeeze it, wash it whatever floats your boat lol

Oh fuck! it's sitting here next to me. Well, back to the fridge I go.

Far too miuch water. For 4 pills, 20/30ml water is enough. You'll get less paracetamol that way. CWE's drip through the filter slowly, you just have to have patience and be sure the end solution is alnost crystal clear. 2g of para isn't gonna do you amy harm unless you do it ofter or have a damaged liver, though.

I've reached 3 grams APAP today and want to get as little of the tylenol as much as I possibly can. I went to this link and they used 5 pills and said use the amount of water I did.

Well, this shit just turned into a total fucking disaster. Filtered it 8 times, still cloudy inside, and to top it all off, I have to drink it. With NO chaser.

Fuck.

^It really doesn't sound that bad. It's going to be cloudy. Even removing 50% of it is quite a bit, and if it was for only 2g, that's only 1g (probably less) that you're ingesting. That's not really problematic.

Well, earlier today I chugged that shit after leaving it in the fridge for 12 hours and felt "Something" about 15 minutes later. I also forgot to mention that I lost a little under a half of the liquid because of a spill. I was removing the filter and accidentally knocked over the glass I was using. After cussing and cleaning the mess up off my mousepad, I just put it in the fridge.

It actually didn't taste all THAT bad because I had bought a 7up to chase it with. I probably just got 14-15 mg Hydro out of the extraction. I guess practice makes perfect, but I won't have to be doing that for a while because i'm getting my refill of 180 Norco 10-325's tomorrow. My father gave me a few of his 7.5-500's to last me for 2 days.
