has anybody here a regular user of these? I just joined a new gym and have started using them, what are the long term benefits?

Sauna everyday! I go to sauna almost everyday. Its so relaxing. It heals my muscle tensions. Mostly its just the overall relaxation that I get when the heat goes up. How much your saunas temperature is? Our basic temperature in sauna is 70-100c degrees. I actually just came from sauna.

I have never really tried saunas, but I have heard they can be extremely beneficial. Go ahead and try it out, mate! If anything, it will do good to you. :) Enjoy!

Body detoxification. Im a regular user of saunas and also into hot yoga. As per the previous comment, it is also for relaxation.

The one I go to us usually between 90 - 95 degrees centigrade it definitely makes me feel relaxed after.

I prefer saunas over steam rooms. Hotter and less wet. The moisture on your body should mostly be sweat, not water droplets from the air.

Improves breathing, I'd say.

Regualr user of sauna, and especially after doing meth or any uppers. Great to detox. I spend up to an hour in there, and sip on coconut water to remain hydrated.

They're good for deep circulation, especially infrared saunas. In the cold seasons the pores don't open as much and the body circulation gets a little stagnant. Saunas help with that.

If you go back and forth between the sauna and the cold dunk, it builds your resistance to cold as well.

Dry saunas are better for deep cleansing the pores. Steam rooms are better for getting the respiratory system circulating as you inhale the steam.

so is it good for speed comedowns then?
