What DOC or combo will be making your night a little sweeter??????

Disclaimer: If Trying any drug for the first time, do so with care and start low. Same goes for combining different substances.

Tonight I shall be serving up a starter of 200mg Fluorophenibut, followed by a palette cleansing 50mg Promethazine. First course to follow.
 
These kind of posts are not allowed, especially in these subforums like bdd/od. I would sugest drug culture or eadd, as you are from uk maybe the latter.

my night was already made sweeter by a combo of opioids and some sweed. i'll see how the things will evolve but the opioid dose will be not increased for sure as I am on a taper.
 
The thing that I have still to get rid of is tramadol, I already tapered the oxy and left it behind (my opiod intake would always consist in the base drug tramadol and oxy morphine fent etc on top to handle the opioid part better ) but tramadol is harder for me cause the snri withdrawal symptoms are severe and I am on the verge of convulssions and several other mental side effects, I can handle the opioid withdrawal part. When I am at the peak of my habit I usually do 800-1000 mg in ER formulations, right now I am at 300 mg just decreased from 350 to days ago, I hope after the taper the brain zaps will dissapear or be more rare
 
Do you always mix so many Opioids? Or was this to boost the tramadol with the Serotonin aspect? I have always argued that Trams release not inhibit, it used to be amazing at first, impossible to be depressed after a few trams.
 
yes I always mix them, my tramadol addiction started very early and it came to a point that I wouldn't even consider it like an opioid but more like a snri so if I wanted to have a true opioid feeling I would have to do another opioid on the top of it. I had some episodes where breathing was difficult which is previsible but other than that didn't have other side effects which are related to combining two or more opioids
