Sassafras is a tree... safrole, the chemical from that tree's roots, will not get you high. It is toxic, and is used to make MDMA, but it's not going to do you any good unless you know an organic chemist.

It won't give the effects of MDMA. There are many plants in different areas of the world that contain safrole. Obtaining it legally is still troublesome.
